haha right on my calorie limit is set to ~1500 so it seems like it's taking up most of my food for the day, but my main goal is to improve my eating habits so as long as i stay under 2200 i'm not worried

I have a few cheap (and really easy) recipes that I like. Spicy Seafood Soup: 1 can of diced tomatoes, handful of chopped spinach, handful of shrimp, one salmon fillet, an onion, and some siracha (and black bean sauce if you wish). Basically just sautee the seafood and onions in a bit of black bean sauce and siracha until…

My boyfriend, who eats a LOT, and I spend roughly $200 a month on groceries. The main portion of our food is vegetables and fruits, a loaf of whole grain bread, whole wheat tortillas, a box of whole grain pasta, almonds, walnuts, or mixed nuts, canned fish, beans and tomatoes, cottage cheese, eggs, and yogurt. Butter,…

Hairspray works. I use MAC fluidline with an angled brush and then make sure the area around my eyes is well powdered

There are a couple great videos that I'm pretty sure you can find on youtube. The Butt Bible is my favourite, and the lady is hilarious. The Brazilian Butt Lift is great too.

The Butt Bible is a great one

I have a very sensitive stomach as well, I find that eating only uncooked foods helps for me most of the time.

My boyfriend and I go grocery shopping biweekly, spending roughly $100 each trip.

The only foods I would say, to never have, are those containing hydrogenated oils as they block nutrient absorption and and are generally man-made

The thing about dairy, most dairy anyways, is that the reduced-fat and fat-free items are not very much more processed than the original. It's easy during production to remove fats. I personally eat low-fat dairy and am pro whey protein. I have a very sensitive stomach and whole-fat dairy products do not agree with me (in…

Okay, success! I've made an oatmeal pancake sandwich, the filler being a banana, some yogurt, and peanutbutter. Oatmeal pancakes are awesome and super easy. It's just 1/3 cup of dry oatmeal and 1/4cup egg white (or one whole egg) per pancake
