Stomach Problems

Figured I'd throw this out to everyone before I have to go see a doctor or something.
Does anyone have recurring stomach issues after they eat a meal? If so, do you know what's causing it? Or, do you know how to stop it?
I seem to have stomach problems after almost every single meal I eat. It can be from healthy stuff, bad stuff....doesn't matter.
For example: lunch today was a bag of Green Valley Steamed Broccoli with Macaroni and Cheese, a handful of baby carrots and a kiwi. All healthy stuff and a nice all around lunch. I didn't stuff myself, it was "just enough", and I was content.
Then, after cleaning things up, I returned to my desk to have my stomach go crazy. All sorts of moaning and groaning going on down there, the sudden feeling like I am going to explode, or that I might erupt out of either end (sorry if that is graphic). Occasional pain, like an upset stomach can do. Then, randomly, it'll just stop and go away.
Apparently I am having trouble digesting and processing food? This has been going on for a long time and I've never gotten used to it. Obviously something is wrong with me, as this happens with almost everything I eat. Banana and protein bar for breakfast? Stomach pains and noises. Light lunch with fruits and veggies? Stomach pains and noises. Turkey burger and veggies for dinner? Stomach pains and noises.
I drink a lot of water, as it helps keep me fueled and hydrated, and the only non-water thing I consume is the occasional cup of coffee in the morning or a can of Monster Absolutely Zero (no calories no sugar) so I don't think any of the liquids are causing this, it's gotta be from food.
Ideas? Help?

have you tried prebiotics or probiotics? They help develop the natural bacteria in your gut that aid in digestion and also help absorb nutrients. It's not an instant solution you have to take them for a few weeks before you would see results but it sounds like this has been going on for a while. If that doesn't work you might want to see a gastrointestinal specialist to make sure everything is working alright :ohwell: Good luck!0

Yes, this was going to be my advice as well.
You might also try eliminating foods from your diet, one at a time, to see if it is a specific food intollerance. Do you have some type of bread, pasta or other wheat product with most meals? Wheat is a common allergen so you might try switching to rice or quinoa products for a few days and see if the problem gets better. if there are other foods that you have at most meals (dairy?) then try eliminating that if wheat doesn't do it. It might take a while to find the food that is causing you distress, but since it happens at every meal it's likely something you eat at most meals.
If none of that works, see your doctor.0 -
Ask your doctor for an E-95 Food Panel test. It tests for allergies/sensitivities of 95 common foods. The only thing you ate that sounds troublesome would be the mac & cheese. Specifically either the dairy (cheese) or gluten (noodles). Once you can identify these foods you can cut them out of your diet and start getting back to normal. Most of the people on the planet (estimated 85%) have some form of lactose intolence. Many others have gluten issues. Both case can cause paralysis of the stomach muscles. This causes severe bloating and discomfort. THe E-95 Food Panel test is simple and easy. Check it out.0

I'd suggest a visit to the doctor.
I had a lot of problems and FINALLY worked out that intolerant to
raw tomatoes (not cooked just raw) BUT if happening everytime,
could be IBS or something so worth checking out.

I have a very sensitive stomach as well, I find that eating only uncooked foods helps for me most of the time.0

Are you lactose intolerant? That sounds like what happens to me when I have a high dairy meal. Milk is the worst, but too much cheese or yogurt will do it to me as well.
ETA: I agree what the folk above. You should be tested for food allergies and intolerance. You might also want to get checked out for IBS. You should definitely see a doctor.0 -
Did you eat the entire bag of brocoli? That could be your culprit in this case...0

Yeah, because the bag is a serving. One bag is equal to 1 cup cooked and is only 250 calories.0

Sounds like you have a problem with dairy:
[Cheese] in your steamed vegetables
[Whey] in your protein bar
Maybe you're lactose intolerant? I'd still got see a doctor, get an allergy test out of the way. Quick and painless.0
