  • Up 2 pounds this week. I suck. That's what happens when for weeks you work like crazy, eat like crap, and completely stop exercising. It catches up to you eventually.

  • Sorry, the gain is mostly my fault. I'm having a rough time lately. Totally TOM and overeating and lots of mental games going on.
  • I'm humiliated by this number...153...up 4 lbs. My weight popped back up right after last Monday's weigh in and has stayed high all week. Now TOM is here so I'm guessing it explains the gain, but boy is it soooo frustrating.
