A good thing about exercise is that it gives you a boost for the rest of the day so I think it would be good to do it at the beginning of the day. Sadly we can't always find a perfect time to workout so we do it wen we can. Personally when I'm suffering of insomnia I do my workout routine, take a shower and sleep like a…

When I started almost four moths ago I could barely do 15min of light aerobics before fainting, now I'm doing hour and a half daily workout routine and I feel really good afterwards, now I'm looking forward to do weights training. Plus, I have lost 2 pant sizes. Still a long road ahead but it's something.

Not really, and I don't think you are loosing your mind. Here a little bit of info: "Many people report physical changes in haunted places, especially a feeling of a presence accompanied by temperature drop and hearing unaccountable sounds. They are not imagining things. Most hauntings occur in old buildings, which tend to…

I have the same concern about rest days. Even feel guilty and end up working out that day. I think one solution is to do low impact routines on that day or basically change your routine, for example I used to workout daily and because the gym was closed on Sundays I just went to the park and spend the morning there…

Thank you all for the suggestions!

Well, the Gym is good because all the equipment but yes you can lose weight without the gym. You can do a good aerobic workout in your house without equipment, I would add these to a regular walking.

Well is more of sore knees that anything else, you know that feeling when you work out for first time after a long time of being sedentary... well, something like that. That is why I was wondering if I really needed time for my body to rest
-
I was wondering because for almost two months I have been working out non stop and although my resistance has gone up my knees are hurting (my excess weight really takes a toll on my legs workout) But on the other side I really am kind of proud I have achieved this consistency. So I don't really know.

Here is one more: "Myth #6: Cut out desserts Fact: Don’t deprive yourself sweets Deprivation is the downfall of all diets. You can have a small portion of dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth and still stick to your diet. You just don’t want to eat a large portion, or more! Food is pleasurable for many people. So, treat…

Hello One would be to find foods that are healthier but that you like, if you dont like what you eat then there are problems, its about making the changes for good. The second thing is to keep going on even if it there are a little bumps on the road, in time you'll be used to exercising regulary and to eat healthier.
