hey yall
i started daily exercise at the beginning of June. then my friend told me about this site, so i started tracking my diet and exercise about 40 days ago. ive lost 12 lbs in 10 or 11 weeks. it aint easy and youve got to suffer a bit, by that i mean you have to control yourself when you want to eat more, but im down from 212 to just under 200. it has really helped me to use this site. now i keep track of everything i eat and drink. i wish there was a faster way to lose weight, but i guess there isnt. you just have to do the work.
i have 20 more to go. cheers

Welcome and let me congratulate you for all the weight you have lost already, it would be nice if it where a quiker way but the important thing is to make these changes a habit.... hope you keep it on.0
