Ugh, I've had a similar-ish situation at College myself. All my classmates take the lift, and then moan at me when I walk up the stairs. It has started to annoy me when they say things like "Aww, just get the lift with us" and "You know there IS a lift!". Like I can't see it when I walk by it every day!

I've only been taking Glucosamine Sulphate as a supplement, and Voltarol Gel to ease the pain. I'm not on any prescribed medication for it.

A trainer at the gym told me to stop wearing bed clothes, cause you burn calories at a higher rate to keep you warm. While this may be a scientific fact, I'd rather not catch Hypothermia or have peeping toms at my window. :)

I love it with beetroot and salad (as opposed to using cheddar or some other stinky cheese (I HATE all cheese except Cottage Cheese)). Sometimes I have a tablespoon of it on a Dark Rye Rivita and a slice or two of cucumber to top it as a snack. Yum!
