I would love to be able to find pants with pockets that work for me, but all the pants with pockets are that weird nylon or whatever they are. Im not a fan of those but maybe I'll have to get used to it. Ill check out all your suggestions though. Thank you!

I plan on trying Shakeology soon. I've tried the chocolate one before. It takes a little getting used to, but if you look at the ingredients it's pretty impressive. No chemicals, just a lot of good stuff and superfoods. My coworker says the greenberry flavor is pretty good too.

If I want my tea and coffee a little creamier, Ive started using Blue Diamond vanilla coconut almond milk (70 calories a cup). Not as coconutty as pure coconut milk, but not watery like almond milk. Works fairly well as a creamer! And I use Pure Via Stevia sweetener...1 packet. :)
