I need some inspiration up in this house!

Hello all!
I've noticed that I can deal with filling my body with the right foods, even though I'm still learning, but working out...daaaaamn.
I can never get myself to the point of going: "You can do it"

I have all the equipment I need to do it, but I'm in some serious need of motivation.

Anyone have some tips on how to get my lazy *kitten* up and working out?????

    Just start doing it. Just suck it up, put on some workout pants, and start doing it. Then tomorrow, do the same thing. And the next day. And after 4 or 5 days it will get easier. After two weeks you will WANT to work out. You'll feel guilty if you don't. After a few months it becomes habit and a part of life. Start with TODAY.
