I need some inspiration up in this house!

Hello all!
I've noticed that I can deal with filling my body with the right foods, even though I'm still learning, but working out...daaaaamn.
I can never get myself to the point of going: "You can do it"

I have all the equipment I need to do it, but I'm in some serious need of motivation.

Anyone have some tips on how to get my lazy *kitten* up and working out?????

  • Just start doing it. Just suck it up, put on some workout pants, and start doing it. Then tomorrow, do the same thing. And the next day. And after 4 or 5 days it will get easier. After two weeks you will WANT to work out. You'll feel guilty if you don't. After a few months it becomes habit and a part of life. Start with TODAY.
