you need to up your calories.... tdee-15%.....and go from there...will take a few weeks before you start loosing again but you need to fuel your body.

I hated protein shakes.......until I came across whey protein....I drink the optiumum nutrition one or the Super body fortress advanced in chocolate....then I add milk and peanut butter to it blend it with ice and its like a frappe its amazing! and I am full for hours!

Its not really what to eat....clearly you dont want to be eating big macs and fries... you should be eating 5-6 SMALL meals a day........try to stay away from things that are processed or anything with alot of sodium........on a typical day for me this is what i eat.... With eating more it can take about 3-6 weeks before you break your plateau...have patience....it will happen...just remember things take time....it took me years to put on 40 extra lbs...I dont expect to loose it in a month.....

I just started the 30 day shred on Sat. Day 4 for me. I was doing some research and jillian doesnt say you have to do it everyday. There are some people that do it mon-fri and get similar results. I always plan my meals out before I go out :) that way I know whats good/bad. DONT ever follow those under 500 calorie meals they have bc they are mostly loaded with SODIUM!!!! Some of those meals can have your daily allowance of sodium in that one meal.........
