you are switching fuels, your brain can function on glucose or ketones. When you go lchf you go into a state of ketosis, and you are using ketones for fuel instead of glucose. If you went low carb low fat what fuel would you use?

I have had similar symptoms in the last month or two, it's like my muscle hurt all the way to the bone. I ran upon this article that I thought might be of interest to you. I'm not sure there is one. I noticed when I got plenty of fat, cut sugar, grains and high carbs I felt way more satisfied.:happy:
