I have started the 30 day shred last week, and felt like I was the only one on here that was going to die just doing level 1. Now that I see it gets easier I am motivated to continue with it. I too have seen on here some great results from it.

This is so inspiring!! Can anyone tell me the best way to get rid of belly fat?? Whether its weight lifting or cardio. I know its both but maybe some ideas on what kind of each works the best.

wow, I'm 5'4" and 160lbs and thought 145 - 140 would be good. Now I am thinking I should shoot for 130-135 after reading these posts. I assume it all depends on the body structure as well.
