Thanks to everyone for the great comments . I do feel much better now about myself and how I look maybe this year I will take my shirt off at the beach :) For the rest of this week I will still be pushing hard to end the contest strong then I will start working on toning next week . That's great sounds like fun . I will be doing my first one next weekend I just hope I finish I have never run a 5k before but this looks more fun than just running

I have given up soda and everything else I have just cut back if I got the calories left I have a snack if not I don't ..... The one thing I would really like is a whoopie pie but I have banned that for now

That's a goal I have never done this good before but with MFP it keeps me motivated and I am feeling better about myself And know it seems easy to stay on track

I list everything I eat or drink except water about a gallon a day. I don't like veggies and that has always been my problem I have been doing a lot of chicken and steak and for once in my life I don't over eat . I do love fruit so as it gets hotter I will be eating more of it I just don't crave it when it's not hot out.…

I have logged everything since I started about six weeks ago I find it's the only way I stay on track . I do play also and just add in what MFP has listed I am sure I burn more then that but better to be under then over . I definitely like my hockey days it give me a break from the gym and i am sure I am burning more than my gym days which are anywhere from 1400 - 1800 calories burned just in cardio.
