Depends on how dizzy you are, maybe you are lifting too much? I would just stop for a second, take a few deep breaths, close my eyes and if it doesnt go away then I dont know what to tell you. A doctor is definitely going to be the biggest help on this question.

I stopped reading when you started talking about "modifying your jumping jacks", you should try to find a high support sports bra, I used to struggle with the same thing but once you find the right bra your life changes. Absolutely not! She even says at one point during level 1 "I have 400 pound people that can do jumping jacks, so can you!" If you are unsure, check it out on youtube and give it a try. (I always workout from youtube, but some people prefer to have the DVD)

First off, CONGRATS ON QUITTING SMOKING! A very effective way (for me at least) is PRE LOGGING EVERYTHING.. I will sit down the night before and think about what I want to eat tomorrow and log it all (or leave dinner blank sometimes if I am unsure). Sorry if you live in a ****ty area where food is expensive but... coupons coupons coupons and sales! We buy toilet paper in bulk at my house when its on sale at target. They also often give 5$ giftcards for certain items purchased and those suckers add up fast! :)

Soy milk 110%. I am mildly lactose intolerant, so the dairy I do eat its used for ice cream and yogurt in small portions because otherwise I will get sick. Soy milk has a longer "shelf life" for people like me who only consume in every few days with cereal. Also the thought of "pure milk from a cow" creeps me out a little…
