I'm gonna go with the obvious answer here and say food.
Keep some low cal snacks on hand for when the cravings hit (some fruit/veg is ideal) maybe some popcorn etc.0 -
Yeah I am going with the obvious answer of food as well.0

Im not sure of any natural suppressants,
but i recently purchased these chewy bars that curb my hunger forever it seems.
Theyre called Slimfulls, they sell them in the diet section of walmart

I find that my appetite is sometimes triggered by smell and flavors, so since I never crave an apple, if I eat one when I'm "hungry," it changes. Add water and green tea as others have said. Green tea really does help.
I should start drinking more myself!!0 -
Skip breakfast. It will suck for a couple days, but will do the trick long term0

Thanks for chiming in everyone! Water sounds good, but, does it really work for longer than half an hour? Does it mean spending loads more time in the loo? Because I am eating steaks - whole cows, practically - and it's not enough.
Food - hilarious, yeah. My macros are good. My calories are NOT, I've been eating 1000-2000 over, every day, since I quit a few weeks ago. I've gained 8 lbs. I do NOT want to gain back the full 60 I lost two and a bit years ago (via eating 1800, btw; maintained at 2000-2300 for 2 years.) Starvation isn't an issue.0 -

Coffee works for me...not sure if that is natural though.0

i say never skip breakfast, start your day with something small.. around 200-300 cals.. it sets the pace for the rest of your day, start light.. finish light!!0

foods high in fiber will keep you feeling more satiated. add some brown rice or whole grains in there.0
