Actually I dont "gorge" myself first thing in the morning. But way to make assumptions! Each person is different and pounding around screaming "I am right" like youre doing right now is laughable. Get off your high horse and do something productive.

Repeating "everyone says breakfast is the healthiest meal..." isnt very credible. Who is everyone? I have never heard that. I have heard its the "most important" meal of the day, but healthy is subjective based on WHAT they are eating. Are you trolling or just stupid?

I think as a few other people pointed out ( I skimmed) that exercise can actually help relieve some of the pains. Which for me, at least is 1000000% true. But dont kick yourself if you spend a day on the couch because sometimes it just hurts too much.

Same here and I feel great. I dont need to eat like a bunny rabbit to lose weight, skinny people enjoy pizza, pasta, donuts, ice cream, candy, and anything else you can think of. For me if I stop logging in and take a "break" thats when I have officially fallen off the wagen. When I start making excuses thats when I have to work twice as hard and hold myself even more accountable. Thats what works for me, though. Only you know yourself and what will be positive for YOU.

No but I do like to have a smoothie here and there for breakfast with things like spinach (Which I NEVER liked before), clementines, mixed berries yogurt and things like that.... I need solid food and lots of it to keep this girl happy.

I do but thats because I am one person and 1 box of raisin bran goes a long way. I have leftovers constantly, because again I am only one person. I think it can be damaging in the long term because "oh damn yogurt....AGAIN? How about a donut instead..." A little variety is good. DO whatever works for you.
