That I didn't have enough to eat today but I'm not hungry. I worked out pretty good. I drank a lot of water. I don't want to force myself to eat. But I don't want to be in that "starvation mode" because of my deficit! :s

PS: Husband works swing shift and gets home at this time so right now he's eating cookies in bed. Not very supportive. :'( I honestly don't want cookies though.

I have always had thick thighs. :( But I really noticed them getting bigger when I'm just binging Netflix and binge eating. Couch potato really shows.

I am feeling the same way. I feel like I need motivation to exercise. The clean eating is no problem I can do that. It's the exercise part that gets me! Why can't I get on the treadmill? Why can't I just ride that stationary bike for at least 10 mins? Something isn't right. What am I afraid of? I know you're feeling alone…
