Hi! I just had the gastric sleeve surgery in September. At this point I have lost more weight prior to the surgery than after but hoping if I stay on track I will begin to see some results.

We did meet up and it was loads of fun. Met some great people. I was going to try and plan the next hike, but the cold beat me. At this point thinking of sending something out in the spring unless anyone would like to do some monthly mall walking at MOA or somewhere.

I love the 30 Day Shred. Haven't completed it, but have still gotten great results. The first 5-7 days are rough ( not the workout, but moving afterwards) but keep at it and it does get better. Yep, I went from a D to a C which is fine as I now fit into most of the bras that I had packed away because they got too small. Hopefully won't go smaller than that, but anything can happen I guess...now if only the belly were as easy to get rid of.

I'm on day 6. It is getting better and I can finally get around without my body screaming so that's a plus...feeling frustrated though as I am gaining it looks like...trying to convince myself it is muscle weight, but still feeling really discouraged. Will be doing measurements next weigh in, hopefully that will help.

I agree about building the habbits...I find the more I eat healthier, the more I want those healthy foods. That being said...I also do not deny myself...if I have those cravings, I will give in, but I will either make sure I have someone to share them with me, or I only eat a small portion and save or toss the rest. My only truly me time is when I am at the gym since no one else in the house ever wants to join me, at home working on sewing or embroidery while watching a movie or listening to music.
