the park where i run has a water fountain so i would stop there if i was thirsty. Only run like 3 miles though so i don't get too thirsty during my run, however i am very thirsty once i get home!

I always have a sandwich! It's just easiest for me to make and the fastest. I put four oz of roast beef or turkey on two slices of whole wheat bread with some lettuce and tomato and black pepper and a slice of cheese. Yum!

Good tip! Also avoid anything fried, batter-dipped, breaded, creamy, crispy, or in cream sauce, low fat choices will usually be grilled. Get lots of vegetables to fill you up and choose lean meats.

yeah just run a lot! i go through phases where i don't exercise for a while (or used to) and i would notice cellulite start to form but as soon as i started running again it toned back up. exercise will only help! squats probably wouldn't hurt either

I never used a body scrub either but I randomly decided to try Bethenny Frankel's skinnygirl vitamin C body scrub and i'm addicted now! my elbows used to be really dry and flaky and now they are silky smooth! it also smells reallyyy good. i use it every week now.
