Exactly this. You don't need to prove yourself. The fact that you are trying so hard to do so gives him the upper hand. Also, the original should never be compared to a cover. The original always wins, no matter who its by (imo).

You know what I think is more "outrageous"? The fact that more and more stores are going "plus-sized" because of society as a whole becoming more and more overweight. When I couldn't find a pair of jeans that fit me at my favorite clothing store it was my wake up call... They now carry that size and label it three sizes…

cringe.... anyway some Korean food to try: *Dolsot bibimbap (it comes in a stone bowl that is still cooking!) *Korean bbq of ANY kind. Just find a place where you grill yourself. *Sundubu (soft tofu stew...its spicy and delicious :) )

I am a bit worried about the way you worded that, as if people were going to berate you if you put milk and sugar in your coffee because OMG CALORIES! In my experience, coffee has helped me get up and going to do my workout....so I guess its good for MY weightloss.

I wouldn't log it as exercise...BUT...I would also give yourself a relaxed food day where you don't worry too much about calories. Doesn't mean go crazy! But maybe just don't count cals and go with the flow.

SO THIS! I also like to add spring onion to this mix, and if I feel like dressing it up just salt, vinegar, drizzle of olive oil. You also can't beat a tomato avocado mix!

Now, after reading your comment, I do think that you cannot really *kitten* how much healthy body fat she has just from the picture that she has up on her profile, but since she asked, your opinion is your opinion.

You aren't on the wrong track, you are just expecting too much form your first week. You should keep doing what you are doing, but get off the scale for the next two weeks. I bet you will be pretty happy with what you see after letting your body adjust to the changes in diet/exercise.

Depends on the person telling you. I'm considered chubby here in Korea :drinker: edit: don't let people bully you into thinking you are too skinny, many people do this to make themselves feel better about their size/weight

My skin got worse before it got better when I started eating better. Either way, could be a number of things, don't stop eating healthy lol.

You have to remember that a lot of people are not as honest with their diary as you are (or are eyeballing too much). You are not eating a lot, it just looks like it because you eat a lot of little things that are under 100 cals.
