Jawbone replaced my up24 with an up2. Hope it lasts longer tha 3 months! Their support was very fast to reply.

Total 55/80. Didn't take into account I would be on call last week, which definitely impacted my walking. Oh well! 55 is better than 54! Maybe next month. Still have 2 days left...I'll shoot for 60 miles this month.

I'm 44 and am losing weight steadily. MFP had me at 1200 calories a day a I was losing but very slowly. I bumped it to 1400 calories do a variety of workouts weekly, walk daily and am losing more weight now. Plus I am not giving up all the foods I love, including beer.

8/10: 3.10 miles 8/11: 3.28 miles 8/12: 1.2 miles 8/13: 2.74 miles 8/14: 2.54 miles 8/15: 2.57 miles. total: 15.43 mile this week. 38.3 total this month, goal 80 miles/month. I better get walking, maybe my goal is too high for the first time?

August goal 80 miles 8/1: 2.2 walk outside 8/2: 3.12 video, 2.5 outside 8/3: 2.72 video, 0.70 outside, lunch break 8/4: 2.4 video, 1.64 outside 8/5: 4.4 outside 8/6: 1 treadmill(boring), 3 outside 8/7 rest day 8/8: tailgating at the Pirate game.....*kitten* should count for something! 22.87 miles..... Better than I thought…

My goal is to walk 80 miles this month with the videos, outside and on my lunch break at work. This is my first challenge and excited to start.

I have the same issues, always feel exhausted. Unfortunately without taking over the counter meds I would never sleep. They don't usually last through the night. Sleep stations on pandora help to relax me.

Hello, 5'2" eating 1200 calories too. At least trying. CW 144-GW 125-130. UP user too and could use more teammates.

Same here, was down to my goal weight a couple of years ago then started a new job with more sitting then I was used. Im looking for positive friends too.

I'm trying to change my lifestyle, I don't deny myself the foods that I love but eat them less often and a smaller portion. I found that this time around I have good friend I'm working out with and we encourage each other. I'm in my 40s and it is not as easy as it used to be.

I struggle with this everyday, hard to find the energy. i tried to go after work in the AM but that was too hard. not too sure what can help.
