    47, 2 years into my journey. I started as a a fat weakling who smoked 30 a day, who puffed and panted after a flight of stairs. Now slimmer, much stronger and fitter and charging full pelt towards my long term goal of "Thor by 50!"
    Committed friends needed, the ones from earlier have fallen away and give up..
