thank you, well my PA wrote a script for one a day 500 mg, but from you and a couple other things I have read I hear the same thing , that I will eventually need a higher dosage. Should I call her in a week? its weird, b/c I am leaving Cali in Feb (military) so I feel like everyone is sorta rushing things for me medically…

Ephedrine was the only thing that really helped me in the past get that extra edge, But I am talking like 2001, isn't it illegal in the US? Did they change it back, if so where can I locate the best kind? Because I don't think GNC sells it lol. Un there is an appetite suppressant I use from GNC it was like $18 and it works…

I don't do the regular insanity I just call it my own personal hell. Lost 2 pounds and it TToM for me so maybe more...!!! Oh and I throw in a spin class here and there:noway:

I am not going to get technical I was on 1200 lost a good amount of weight then platued for a month, I upped mine to 1420 and guess what happened, weight is coming off again, but I also threw in a spin class and planks too every other. So that is my experience!

I had my baby in January, I am 5'3 and tipped a bit over 200 when pregnant I am I didn't take the weight loss too seriously until 4 months ago after the baby I was 184 I am now down to 162 with mini goal of 150 and an ultimate goal of 135 add me if you like

I feel like everyday I cheat b/c cleaning my house give me more calories I am allowed to consume. So when I want a little more to eat I scrub down my bathroom, clean vacuum, do laundry, play with my infant what have you and I get to eat more. lol. Plus a happy baby, hubby and clean house! LOL

I don't use the BMI calculator on here its lower than what I need to go by for Navy regs. I google Navy BMI calculator and use that it is a formula based on your hips, waist, neck ratio and your weight and height. This one says I am just under 30% navy one says I am a bit over 35%. feel free to add me too! I am 5'3 and when I had my first I was 205. After baby and water weight I was 182. She is 7 months and I am down 14 pounds and 21 inches. I just started using this site for real last week, so even though I have been a member a bit I am new too!!!
