  • I have tried doing exercise both at home and at the gym and I actually found I lost more at home. I've lost nearly 20lbs so far with another 10-14lbs to go. Try any of Bob Harper or Jillian Michaels DVDs (if you are just starting out then go with Jillian), you'll need a mat and a set of hand weights but I've lost countless…
  • I had a friend like this too. I refused to let her get in the way of things and when she came over I made her wait until I had finished working out (after giving her the option to join me) eventually she joined in and ended up losing a bunch of weight. She has since admitted that I was making her feel guilty about not…
  • I swear by Jillian Michaels 'No More Trouble Zones'. I've gone from a UK 16 to a UK 10 in less than 4 months. Obvs this is combines with a healthy diet but that DVD works wonders. Not great for Weight loss but for Inch loss you can't beat it!
  • I'm not a guy either - but i think there is a huge difference between a big bum and a fat bum. I think men generally like a nice toned pert behind.
  • Hi I record my weight and my measurements weekly which might seem a bit excessive. But the programme I am doing means that I lose more inches than I do weight (weights and squats etc). Measuring myself just keeps me sane when the scales are not showing the results. But I do realise this is perhaps a bit too frequent.
  • In my opinion even better than 30 day shred is 'No More Trouble Zones' Its a killer but it works! You won't lose much weight doing it but you will lose all that unwanted fat! I swear by it (dropped over 2 dress sizes in 3 months)!
  • I would! It is my goal to be a size 10, I've already dropped from a size 16 to a size 12! 1 more dress size to go...
  • I you can add me if you like - I'm 23 with 21lbs down another 33 to go!
  • You've just inspired me to buy this! I've been doing Jillian Michaels 'No More Trouble Zones' and the results have been incredible. But I was looking for a change - and thanks to you - I've just found it!
  • I started off with the 30 day shred combined with a general healthy eating plan and I've already lost a significant amount of inches - but not really any weight. I'm currently on level 2 and I'm combining it with her 'No More Trouble Zones' DVD. Last week I only lost 1lb BUT I also lost 1.5inchs of my hips (in a week).…
  • Ahhh soo motivational! I've recently switched from Cardio to strength and the changes in my body are amazing! But seeing your transformation makes me want to keep going. I'm measuring myself as well as weighing myself so I keep up with my motivation!
  • I'm 5 '8.5 and my goal weight is 147 (10.5st) that will be the lowest I could go though without looking too thin and might even be a bit too much - having been thin before a comfortable weight for me is around 154 (11st) or just under. At that weight I would be a UK size 10/12. Which for me is perfect.
  • I LOVE zumba! I find that those who have natural rhythm are the best at it as i suppose it is a form of dance - But i think everyone could do it. At my gym there are beginners, intermediate and hard core classes, so perhaps find a beginners class first to see how you get on.
