Hi, I'm wondering what a the average circumference of a UK Size 10 / US size 6 thigh would be? I'm trying to set myself inch loss targets and knowing what to aim for would be useful. I'm 5 '8.5 and I take my measurements mid-thigh. Help please!!! xx

I'm not hungry enough to eat my calories

How important are rest days?
Currently I am exercising 5-6 times per week for roughly an hour and 20mins. I find though that sometimes when I only exercise for 3/4 days in the week I often lose more weight... Can anyone explain this? Help appreciated!
