I make sure I get at least 10,000 (preferably 15,000). I don't count it on MFP, but think its important. I've done it for long enough that I don;t need to wear my pedometer every day, just days when I know my routine will vary from my norm.

Absolutely!!! Berries last twice as long. I just started washing my produce this way and can't believe the difference (and how dirty the water is when I dump it)

You'll get there - don't give up! Honestly - what has made it really work for me this time is that I LOVE the exercise that I do (Zumba), so it is more fun than work.

You look great! My SW was 150.5 (I'm 5'6") , GW is 130, CW is 135. Our "befores" look very similar - I hope my "after" looks like yours. I know after 3 kids my tummy wont be that flat - I need to do some spot toning on core and butt.

That would be great! I've lost 17.5" and would love for it to show on my ticker or post to my home, like weight lot does. really, I'm much more concerned about inches lost than my actual weight.

I do tabata 2x/week. You can get a free timer app for your phone. The big thing is to remember that after the 20 second bursts, you need to be so out of breath you are almost seeing stars. it is HARD! But it works. I usually do one session of sprints and one session of squats/lunges.

I have been going to Zumba 4x/week for the past 6 weeks. I have lost 4" on my waist and 3" on my hips, as well as 11 lbs! It is awesome! I also recommend a class - it keeps you pumped up. Couldn't agree more! It made a big difference in how well I could perform the moves once I got the my Nike Musiques. I ordered mine from Famous Footwear - they also have them on Zappos. I did need to go up 1/2 size.

Queso Cheese Dip(only 15 cal/2 Tbs) Dark Choc Covered Powerberries (not lo cal, but so good!) I can't remember what they are called, but it is frozen slices of banana covered in dark chocolate Have to find the egg salad - sounds yummy!

I love Zumba also! I've been going for about 6 weeks - at least 3x week and as many as 5x. I've definitely noticed a difference. I've been this weight before, but never this toned. I just recently noticed a huge difference in my arms.

The thing about Zumba is that YOU make it what you need it to be. You raise or lower the intensity to what you can handle. If you have a good instructor they will tell you that.
