I'm in! What a good way to start the New Year! Thanks PJilly. I already bookmarked this thread :)

kbrob14 haha I actually read this recipe yesterday and thought the same thing to myself.. I was picturing shrimp and potatoes cooking between two cooking sheets. I thought to myself what a weird way to cook anything. After reading your post I rethought the whole recipe and figured out this is I think was intended.…

I earn gift certificates for Amazon and use them for gifts it is a great way to stash some extra cash for holidays, birthdays and baby showers. I know people probably see this all the time and roll their eyes but I have made over $200 dollars this year by doing surveys and another $100 from searching the internet. copy and…

I drink the refrigerated Almond Breeze 60 cals a cup. If my supermarket decides to stock it that day. I love it in my cereal and makes my coffee taste delicious for hardly any calories. Although I think if you drink it by itself it is a little off putting although that may just be me since I never really drank milk…

This sounds awesome and I will try. The only thing that goes in the bag is popcorn kernels right? Sweet and sounds like it will save money

My favorite is to take a small flour tortilla about 80 calories, with a piece of fat free turkey 20 calories, load it with lettuce (I don't count lettuce) and a tsp of southwestern spicy mustard (10 calories) or other equally low calorie dressing or bbq. Makes a good filling snack (almost feels like a mini meal) for about…

I did find one place on the internet that says that use Kens, but that info wasn't reliable as it came from Yahoo answers. So I called, I got the same information as you did, it is "Ruby Tuesdays own brand" Oh well, it probably comes in 5 gallon containers from the manufacturer, and I know many times the distributors cater…

I was just eating my Kraft lite ranch and thinking this stuff is pretty nasty. I was going to see if someone recommended a good ranch dressing on here. I will have to do some investigating on Ruby Tuesdays as well. I found the nutritional facts on another website and I like the stats on the lite ranch. Will check this out…

i do the same thing sometimes... I know it is such an emotional binge. I wish I could stop, but I know the stresses of my everyday life just catch up with me in a major way. I work nights but try not to eat during that time because I know if I do I will definitely go over my calories. Well the other morning I came home and…

I eat my cereal with blue diamond almond breeze unsweetened vanilla milk only 40 cals a cup. I usually eat some sort of Special K, although I think puffed cereal gives you more volume for less calories. Sometimes I get a 100 calorie english muffin and add a piece of fat free cheese and a slice of fat free turkey breast to…

lol I am not one to yell sometimes my calories are all over the place.... Please excuse my behavior for last Sunday I had a huge over indulgence in cookies and didn't log til later:noway: stupid mistake . I am back on track now though

Go to your home page then select settings in the tabs on the top, then go to change diary settings and scroll down to make it public, or you can make it only visible to friends.

I am constantly revamping our leftovers into other meals. I love when turkeys, oven roasters or hams are on sale, because then you can cook them and use up the leftovers for a few days and freeze the rest and take it out when needed. Whatever meat we have leftover (and even with some veggies) I put in my chopper and then…

I really have no strong preferences towards salsa brands........ I like them all. I am checking in.... after checking in on Sunday, I did horribly, but am hoping to be back on track now. I have just been in a funk lately and I am hoping it lets up soon... I am thinking of buying a workout DVD, last year I was doing the 30…

I love her recipes...... I have tried a few, I was eating lots of tofu shirataki noodles as well. I have her first cookbook and want to get her 200 under 200 as well. I think I may try the onion blossom made with fiber one today.

My daughters birthday is tommorow and we are going out to eat. My goal is to stay within my calorie budget and not gorge on cake or dinner!

I refuse to even think about my food indulgences or I will and it will make me inevitably crazy until I give in. Opting out of this conversation for my own good.

I use almond breeze for my cereal, I love it and it's only 60 calories a cup! The kind I have been buying is refrigerated although I know they sell shelf stable as well, and since I am the only one in my family who uses it it lasts me a while. I only drink milk in my cereal too:smile:

This is usually my downfall every month. I feel like I can't stop eating and am completely ravenous for everything. I had this wonderful feeling this morning. I felt like I could eat everything in the fridge. I ate my cereal and almond milk ( a little more than usual) I was back at the fridge within 5 minutes. I ate my…

I just started doing MFP again, and have decided to weigh myself (officially) every Sunday, Originally I had lost 38 lbs but life took over and I gained back some. I am going to log in the 10lb at a time challenge thread (in motivation and support) every sunday. I think my first weigh in will be really good too. I am…

I am at 1210........ my diary is public if you want to view it from my profile. (Keeps me more accountable anyway) I try to plan my meals the day before based on what I have in the fridge. I usually adjust it a little bit the next day but this way I know just how many calories I have to play with. I tend to eat a lot so…

That sounds like great motivation Heather Good Luck!

My husband is a fast food freak........ its nice that restaurants offer something besides salad that I can eat when he is going in for a Big Mac or whatever. I definitely wouldn't do that as my full time meal plan though.
