Make sure you are getting plenty of water and potassium before and during your work out. Losing potassium and sodium will call you to have muscle cramps.

I would highly recommend getting rid of the pills. I have seen some rather HORRIBLE complications as severe as death in people who take pills. Hey there....Try skinnytaste.com if no one has mentioned it, its an awesome site and generally you can make the meals with fat free instead of low fat and they still taste great and lower the calories.

I've lost 22 since Jan 8th. I eat 6 times a day about every 3-4 hours. eating small but more frequent meals will help increase your metabolism. And I never worry about how late I eat, I find that if I eat an hour or so before bed(snack) that I am not nearly as hungry when I get up which decreases my morning binge! :happy:
