Would love to join both of you...I too lost 50lbs, but put 20lbs back on from a new job and new relationship. Stress and lack of sleep are huge eating triggers and need support to work through. Please add feel free to add me !

You need to go deeper into your squat. Legs need to be parallel with the floor. Use a mirror to gage and ensure your knees are not pushing past your toes. Push up through your heels.

I am so glad for this group!!! I am currently 180 and would like to lose another 15 lbs to be at 165. I have a large frame, and am fairly lean on top, but carry a lot of weight in my thighs and hips! Thanks for posting!!

Call me old fashioned, but I can't get past it! I once dated a guy that was the exact same height as me (I'm 5"9") which meant I couldn't wear heels.... not sure why, but it didn't work out!! lol

I'm joining late, but I'm setting a goal of 40 miles on the bike. I haven't really kept track so I'm not sure if that is high or low, but with two weeks left, we'll see how it goes.
