  • The last two weeks equals 5 more pounds lost.
  • I forgot to log my weigh in last week but since the 28th I'm down 4.4 pounds.
  • I eat 2460 calories per day plus the extra on workout days. I was thinking about raising it by 100 calories until I get a steady 2 pounds per week lost.
