I will try this... Not sure I can hit 3500+ burned, but I want to have a goal to shoot for! :) Seems to keep me motivated... My goal will be 3000 for the whole week. Shooting for just over 400 calories burned per day! Thanks for helping with my motivation!

I freeze my extra bread or muffins... just throw them in a freezer bag and take out the amount you plan to eat. Within 10 minutes, they are thawed enough to eat or you could pop them in the microwave for 5-15 seconds!

As part of my Advocare cleanse/challenge, I had to drink a gallon per day. I have tried to maintain this and usually get at least 12 cups per day... and shoot for sixteen each day. Yeah, my advice includes using my phone! :) I began by pushing my toddler I the jogging stroller. I got the urge to jog a bit, so I did! I use an app called RunKeeper to GPS track and get my average. I bought a New Balance N4 using a coupon at Sports Authority. I make sure to update it weekly with my most current weight. It has an option while recording your workout to view the time, highest HR achieved, time in target zone, or calories. At the end of your workout, you can review all recorded parameters. The same here! Our closest gym is like 20 miles away... so I push my almost-three-year-old in a stroller on the dirt roads or pop an Insanity DVD in! It is funny to watch my little guy work out with me, too! I am a SAHM, too. Feel free to add me or check my profile for more info!

Well, I realized that I didn't post my May 1 starting weight... 142.6 AND that I may not make it this month! :( Today's weigh in was 134.4. Will update with tomorrow's weigh in. LOL I am happy, though, that I have broken my 5lb/month average loss with at least an 8.2 loss this month! That is including taking fertility meds…
