Woohoo! First real scale movement downward in a month!!
My 4th half marathon went amazingly well (the first one where I will weigh under 200 pounds) where I shaved 14 minutes off my PB (personal best). What a difference 30 pounds makes!0 -

Wow I am shocked that I lost .2 in a week. Very discouraging for sure. I went from eating everything horrible to eating 1290 net a day and only lost .2lbs
I guess on the up side I have only been back on track for 11 days and in that time have lost 2.8lbs so maybe that evens it out.0 -

No movement... well kind of no movement. I actually went up to 152 earlier in the week (after a lot of pizza) and then got back down to my weight last week. I've GOT to stick to the plan this week. Really want to meet this five pound goal.

I am so happy that not only did I lose the weight I gained last weekend but that I also lost a pound. Now it is the weekend again I am praying for self control. I use to not be so bad on the weekends but lately I have been so I am using this challenge as a kick in the butt to stay good on the weekends. BTW I am in need of more friends (disclaimer: I don't comment everyday when you stay under your calories or don't have a major workout but I will comment when you've lost weight, logged in for a significant amount of days or just have something to say)0 -
