Well, after a weekend of being out of town and dealing with TOM, I'm back to my SW this morning. Still have the week goal of drinking all my water... some days I do awesome, some days I do horribly.. let's see what this week will be! SW: 206.5 CW: 207 GW: 150

I go over my sugar all the time.. i eat a lot of fruit and drink a lot of milk.. always does me in.. I think as long as they are good sugars you should be ok?

I weigh myself in the morning when I wake up, after I go to the bathroom and before I eat or drink anything. As long as you weigh yourself around the same time of day, your weight loss will be consistent.

To lose my weight, MPF gave me a calorie intake of 1400 and I do have trouble reaching it on some days.. my issue is usually in eating enough, not in eating too much... nuts are a really good source of high cal food that's still healthy

yes, especially since you are logging your food... i am always signed in as well and it put on mine today that i was logged in 5 days straight
