go with your bathroom scales. I found in the past the wii fit isn't very accurate. It used to say i was 6lbs or so over what i was, but i dont know if thats because i cant stand completely still.

Or have some nuts, a whole wheat wrap or peice of toast with honey, or nut butter (you can get ones that are just peanut/hazelnut/almond etc…

thats the thing i do really enjoy my lunch. I love eating veg, fruit and salads... I just cave when it comes to sugar...the eat it and realise i didnt enjoy it.....

try planning your meals and snacks out for the week so you dont have so much temptation. According to recents studies the urge to eat something when we're not actually hungry only last 20 minutes or so. So try to do something to distract yourself from eating until the urge goes. i physically can't exercise on the first day, mine haven't become reegular yet after putting on this weight so its extermely painful when i do get them.people do say exercise is good for the pains. So if you can face it do some gentle exercise otherwise just relax for a few days

Eat something light, Like an apple and some yogurt and do gentle toning exercises and go for a walk somewhere to burn a few cals , It might not help very much but then it might depending on the area you want to lose the inches from. Fasting for a few days at a time, can be beneficial to your body.

Its a wholegrain one, has about 50 less calories per slice than normal white or wholegrain bread. I usually have Flora butter on each slice.

Every time I step on the scales it says error.. I haven't been able to weigh myself for 2 months or so because of it. And measurring myself doesn't seem to Motivate me because I don't lose very much each time. x

If you chew more as well it reduces the amount you eat. Again it tricks your brain into thinking it full before you have eaten everything. Its how I reduced the amount I eat. I then slowly stop making as much. x

They are okay.. They Build muscle up but without exercise in and weight lose you don't really see the results.
