Happy birthday! Birthdays are my favorite holiday. I love celebrating a person's exsistance. I'm sorry people at work forgot about it. In the end though, it's friends and family that really matter. Did your kid tell you happy birthday? Have you received facebook messages from friends and family? Work is work. While it is…

Your muscles are retaining water because they've been worked. Make sure to drink plenty of water after your workouts and weigh on the morning after a rest day, so your muscles have a chance to re-cooperate. Don't give up!

My top four on my "freebies" list: 1. Colin Firth 2. Alan Rickman 3. Liam Neeson 4. Stanley Tucci. Btw, I'm 21. All those guys are old enough to be my dad/grandfather.

Sitting on my dad's bed waiting for him to finish getting ready so he could take me to school. I was watching the news he had on when the second plane hit the tower. I wasn't quite sure what was going on (I was 10), but I knew it wasn't good. Later that day my mom picked me up early from school and took me home.

That's a great feeling, huh?

I wake up at 6am every morning to work out, because I know my friend/trainer/whatever you want to call him (friend first, then became trainer) will be waiting for me. I don't want him sitting there wondering where I am. If you know someone has also gotten up that early to help YOU, it will be a lot easier to get up for…

That way you can look up what they have before you get there and know exactly what you want and can skip all the things you shouldn't. 2. Take advantage of the salad bar. You don't have to eat a salad, but a lot of times they will have fresh fruit and…

I love them! I get the chocolate, pumpkin, and cornbread ones all the time. The muffins and breakfast sandwiches aren't too bad either.

I was around 260 pounds when I first zumba-ed. I fell twice, but I was determined to finish. Now it's one of my favorite exercises. The quickness and "in sync" will come. Don't give up yet. It's far too fun to let insecurities take over.
