I may have not lost a lot of pounds, but people are noticing. What a great feeling. I must say it is the best encouragement that people are noticing. I am feeling like I did when I originally lost almost 50lbs. I am so excited now!

There's nothing quite like having a friend ask if you've lost some weight and you being able to say, "why yes I have."

Sometimes it shows up physically before it shows up on the scale. I've yet to figure that out, but in the past I've experienced similar situations. You are doing great, and every pound (and partial pound) counts. Enjoy the compliments, and I'm sure you'll be getting many more in the weeks and months ahead. :O)0
