  • Yuck I hate coffie. I try to stay away from caffeine in general. If I'm super tired and falling asleep at my desk I'll get a Mountain Due. But only when I need it. This has nothing to do with dieting though. It's personal preference.
  • You can do this! I have by before pictures on my computer, I forgot that my screen saver cycels through my photos and that one poped up when company was over. No one said anything and I don't know if anyone was actually paying attention to the computer screen but I was horrified.

  • One thing I have learned being on MFP is to know your TDEE. Total Daily Energy Expenditure and your BMR. Your BMR is how many calories your body uses just to be alive.
