I have been using MFP consistently for almost 3 months; I have lost weight every week, (an average of 1.4lbs per week) and I always eat back 75% to 100% of my work out calories.

MFP has me at 1200 then I work out for around 500-600 calories so I get to eat 1700-1800 calories per day. My TDEE is around 2200 a day so as long as I'm under My TDEE I consider myself in good shape.

Do you mean walking as in just walking around in your daily life going about your day? If so this should already be taken into account with your daily TDEE.

You should only add walking/jogging/running etc as exercise that's done in addition to your normal day.

When I go walking to get some exercise, I usually select the mph lower than my speed as its usually overestimating based on a heart rate monitor.

I'd say that amount burnt could be about right. At 138lbs MFP is suggesting 318 cals for 80mins averaging 3.5mph if I bump that up to 4 mph (very brisk) that's 418 cals. I edge on the lower speed amount personally.

The only real way to know is to buy and wear a monitor if concerned you might be over/under-estimating. Any values found online for activity should be taken with a pinch of salt. Unless you do lots of varying exercise and sport or keen on stats I'd say it might not be worth it.

If you're doing it 5 days a week each day as a routine then bumping up your TDEE is probably preferable to compensate instead.

Just set your account to lightly active as it's a part of your lifestyle. It isn't uncommon that MFP will over estimate exercise calories. When you make your lifestyle lightly active, it will add another 200 calories.
