Put wax paper down. Sprinkle with shredded parmessan cheese....the good kind in a tub, not jarred. Roll chicken in it and bake!!! Awesome!!! 350 for oh about 30-40 minutes depending on size.

I'm not a big breakfast person so I drink mine then. I have a banana or hard boiled egg after workout.

I just use old bay seasoning and bake it at 400. It's one of my go to meals when I need protein,!! I had it tonight

I come on here sometime 4-5 times a day just to read success stoires. Seeing other people loosing and their accomplishments keeps me motivated. That and I was to be able to run around with my daughter.

I love Susan sansonebook walk away the pounds for at home. My 5 year old does it with me! You can do 2 miles on 30 minutes!

I'd love to join!!! I would like to loose 40 by Xmas. I'm down 7 so far. My goal is 1500 calories a day. Not eating my workout points. Working out 2-3 times a week at gym, or Zumba. Trying to average burning 350 calories a day, either by working out, cleaning, walking or whatever I can do to help burn calories.

I am a week in as well. I keep going to the success stores and reading them everyday to help keep me motivated. I read them and tell myself that will be me one day. I CAN do this!!

I've got my calories set at 1500 a day. And I'm not eating back my workout calories. I'm also wearing a heart rate monitor any time I am active to see how many calories I am burning. Low carb is what the hubby is insisting on. I'm trying to sneak in quinoa, and some FlatOuts and stuff every now and then. I bought a bag of pears from Costco thinking they would last me 2 weeks and they were gone in a week!!

I drink mine in smoothies!! I have a spinach and peanut butter smoothie every morning. My 5 year old drinks these smoothies!! Can't even taste the spinach. There are so many smoothie recipes out there using fruits and veggies. We are loving trying all the varieties.

Try a smoothie. Tonight I jut took a banana, few tablespoon Greek yogurt, almond milk, and ovaltine and stuck it in blender with ice. It was just like having a chocolate shake but much healthier. There are so many smoothie combos you can do.
