1 week in

Hi, I just started MFP this week and Im doing pretty good with recording everything (we all do pretty good in the beginning, right) but it is hard to rememberto record and watch the portion sizes. Ive started going back to the Y and walking for an 1 hour I figured it out to be around 3 miles each time. I have a long way to go and would love some MFP friends to help keep me going. :smile:

    Welcome to MFP! I hope you keep up the good work. I've been on here for about 2 weeks and I record every little thing. Doesn't matter what the portion is I put it down so I know what I in-took for the day. It helps and I'm pretty sure you'll keep it up.     I am a week in as well. I keep going to the success stores and reading them everyday to help keep me motivated. I read them and tell myself that will be me one day. I CAN do this!!
