  • I'd say its legit too, I've seen a fair few of these type of pics (not just on Facebook). Go Kaleo posted one of herself just yesterday on there where she had added about 12lbs. Muscle FTW!
  • Sorry my bad I should have done ^^ that rather than ^ that I was asking what is that about to the weird thyroid suggestion. I have Grave's (thyroid disease) and its not an excuse for anything...especially not back fat (invisible or not) Oh and the hump back fat thing is called a buffalo hump or dowagers hump (I…
  • I'm not a parent myself but I have a niece and nephew and would probably say if you have a 2 year old you are not sedentary. Also feeling nauseous and faint shouldn't be happening if you are eating enough to sustain your body. Run your numbers through this and see what you get... http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/…
  • ^ Exactly...what is that about?! OP you look amazing, no back fat in sight
  • ^ This completely. I just want to add that I went through a month of eating 1200 calories before realising that I could lose the same amount of weight per week eating up to 2000 calories a day. I never started this to find a quick fix. I wanted and want to be healthy and fit and to have a long and happy life and future. If…
  • I have porridge for breakfast just about every day. I use the Morrisons quick and easy porridge oats, 30g of with 130ml of unsweetened soy milk...zapp in the microwave for 1 1/2 mins and add 11g of Tate and Lyle golden syrup...nom My housemate has porridge every morning too but he has 50g of porridge to 200ml sweetened soy…
  • Pfffft....I feel sorry for PEOPLE who think they have to eat minimal calories in order to lose weight. Men and women. I eat 2000 on average and lose weight every week. On the 1st March it will be my 1 year anniversary of my weight loss journey and so far I've not experienced an actual plateau. Sure I've slowed down in the…
  • I was on Propanalol for 6 months right at the start of my weight loss journey. It never effected my weight at all and as far as I know its not a side effect Is she on a calorie deficit? Or has she been on one at any time of the last 5 years?
  • Chinese takeaway Indian takeaway Nutella Instant mash potato
  • Thats brilliant! Well done :flowerforyou:
  • Why? Although it looks like a copy and paste job there is some good info in there.
  • Maybe the cellulose and dietary fibre will help with the side effects of Alli
  • Your net is far too low. Ideally you should net your BMR. Low carb can work very well if you have insulin resistance along with the PCOS. Personally I don't (I have PCOS though) and carbs aren't the problem for me (calories are). PCOS is'nt the be all and end all of life and weight loss and really it shouldn't be…
  • Stop weighing every day. Your diary is closed so can't comment on calories or macros. Why are you working out almost every day? Weight loss is'nt linear. Try just working out 3 times a week. Open your diary
  • Like you said the first week was prob water weight, the 2nd week is likely to be the same. Weight loss isn't linear. Stop jumping on the scale and just weigh in once a week at the same time each week. Also go here.... http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 and work out how…
  • I really don't understand the meaning of this thread Also...how long have you been in this 'plateau'? A plateau generally is a month or more
  • ...so don't add your exercise. Or add it but log it as 1 calorie burned. Or add it and know that you can't eat those calories back.
  • ^ This Also until you lift heavy you really don't know how much it can improve your cardio system. My running endurance has actually been improved by lifting heavy.
  • I've lost 30 odd lbs doing TDEE -20%, no you don't eat back the exercise calories because that is factored in already. The basics are...either eat your BMR (if not a bit more) + all your exercise calories OR eat your TDEE - something % (usually 20%) and don't eat back your exercise calories. It really is that simple, don't…
  • Completely inspirational for me. One day I hope to look anything close to her, I think its amazing what can be done and what she has done to her body. Once again pure inspiration and I think she has an amazing body.
  • I got my PB2 from eBay, personally for the money I paid for it I'd rather just stick to Meridian natural no added salt or sugar peanut butter. Just make it fit into your calorie goals if you want to eat it
  • How many are there showing these same results in humans?
  • Sucks to be a mouse. No idea what an unnatural time is either.
  • A slight calorie deficit and exercise.
  • Just need to quickly get this off my chest.... If you eat chicken, fish or seafood....you are not vegetarian. If you eat cheese, butter, eggs.... you are not vegan. /end :flowerforyou:
  • I've had mine since Feb 2011, no weight gain or weight loss due to it at all. The weight I gained was because I was eating what ever I wanted and barely moving from the sofa. I also take medication for Grave's disease (thyroid disease) when I first started taking it I read things all over the internet about how much weight…
  • It depends on what your calorie goal is. 516 calories for me would be a normal to low dinner. For someone else that may be a snack....for someone else it could be a third of their daily calorie goal. Personally it looks like a good meal, if you were enjoying it and the entire meal fits your calorie/macro goals for the day…
  • Go for it
