Ie had the attached for tea, only ate half the chicken and half the rice. Can any one advise me on portion size please?

Food is 200g chicken breast cooked in tomato ragoo, oven roasted veg in a littleolive oil and ground garlic and 100g microwave rice

    Sorry wasn't trying to be confusing lol. This meal comes up ok calorie wise 516 but i know sometimes although calories ok you can be eating too much so I was told. is that correct?

    Ragu - Tomato & Sweet Pepper Pasta Sauce, 200 g 86 13 2 3

    Tesco - Microwave Basmati Rice, 100 g 160 30 2 4
    Total: 516 58 8 45

    It depends on what your calorie goal is. 516 calories for me would be a normal to low dinner. For someone else that may be a snack....for someone else it could be a third of their daily calorie goal.

    Personally it looks like a good meal, if you were enjoying it and the entire meal fits your calorie/macro goals for the day then eat it :smile:
