i sometimes feel moody as i'm in my first week and it does make eating together difficult but now hes come on board to lose some weight and i have to deal with his moods. i hope once we get use to the diet change things will get better.

i think the keeping a bottle of water close to use and sipping throughout the day you will find you will reach your 8 glasses. most days i can drink 8 glasses or pure water and 4 cups of tea. tuesday i barely drink 4 glasses as i'm not allowed to drink while i have clients.

no i have no way to warm food up. i'll try taking salads but its two meals so salads both time might be too much salad in one day for me as i'm not a bis salad person. maybe a salad for one meal and a sandwich for another. but every week the same might get too boring. i'll have to experiment i guess.
