I use the MFP reccomendations for BMR and then add in what my HRM says for exercise. I added it the first time so if I ever forget my HRM I can just put it in under that catagory. You dont have to cut it out completly. however natural sugars in fruit do have impact. Just adjust your days accordingly. My diet I only have 15g of sugar a day and 120g of carbs a day. Definately make sure you keep the boot on and dont push to quickly. I had foot problems for 2 years still have to wear a brace all because I pushed myself when I shpildnt have. Anything you do is benefical. My trainer said I can do cardio same days a strength traing. Or just leave it for the off days. Not to feel guilty if I dont do cardio.

Just eating right, exercise, drinking water and making sure I eat the exercise calories. Doing what the program ask really. But I also watch my sugars. I try to keep them under 15g for the day. And also carbs- I try to keep those under 120g per day. About 40 a meal. I'm seeing results.
