Good for you for wanting to be better. I quit smoking 9 years ago for my children. I watched my father die of cancer when he was 54, and I wanted to live longer than that for my kids. I am in the same boat. I quit smoking in March of 2008 and went from 120 to my highest of around 210....weighing about 190 now and am loking forward to getting back to a smaller healthier version of my self. Feel free to add me. Loosing weight is hard, and I can use all the help I can get.

I have a fit bit that I wear every day....and every night to track sleep ☺ Feel free to add me. I find a little competition and support can be great motivators. I want lose 50 ot so pounds, but I'm working on baby steps, so my first goal is about 10. pounds away.

hiking snowboarding swimming dancing im learning to snowboard with my kids, and after 3 hours of practice lasr night, I am sore all over.....some of that may be from falling down though

Count me in! I too have been wanting to get out there more. I live really close to the LT in Vermont. We usually try to do an over night at one of the cabins a couple of times a year.
