  • Hi there I have a similar goal range. I have down insanity and it was great for sure. Tracking everything and really trying to eat real not processed food is helping. Sent a friend request...

  • This does sound like the water weight might have flushed out. One thing to think about doing as well is look at your measurements versus just the scale. There have been times when I lost many inches over a couple months and nothing on the scale because I was building muscle. At the end of the day the scale doesnt matter as…
  • I try to do a full measurement and pictures every 90 days. that way it gives the body time to change :-)
  • I havent done one yet but was just talking to a friend about his yesterday. He said he trained for distance but really it was a long series of 800-1000 yard sprints with obstacles in between. I am training for the much shorter warrior dash so I am just working on making sure 3-4 miles is no issue and then thinking of…
  • Hey there - I am not doing Power 90 right now but it was my first program and really enjoyed it! How is it going for you guys?
  • Everyone please add me as well! I love running and have completed a couple 5Ks, doing a Warrior Dash in August and then training for my first half marathon in October...
  • Just stay after it! I am doing P90X and results were slow at first but with any workout program if you stay after it and eat right you will see the results. Also knowing you earned them will make you want to keep them!
  • I hope you have one as well!
  • I just started the recovery week of Insanity and do really enjoy the program. I find that sometimes I have to mentally push myself more than the physical. I think that I am too tired when really I can get some more done...Please add me so we can motivate each other!
  • I made it! 51 LBS down and 41 to go...
  • good luck in your quest, most of us are in the same boat and here to help!
  • glad you were able to find what you need. If you have a Team Beachbody account you can also get the training logs etc there. I am doing P90 now and P90X in about a month...if you want add me and we can motivate each other!
  • Thanks everyone! I think I might figure out how to change that user name LOL
  • I have tracked some workouts but depending on what you are doing they may or may not be listed. Are you doing a program or just your own workout?
  • I personally do the P90 as I was concerned that jumping straight into P90X was going to be to much. My profile pic is Day 60 progress, down 40 lbs so far :-) I also am a coach now for them as I have found a new love in helping people and talking about these workouts and nutrition...
  • Please add me as well, working hard and eating healthy is my plan as well!
  • Welcome - please add me as well. I have also been up and down forever but this time I am watching my food and working out with a program called P90 and have lost 40lbs so far, 60 to go. I have also gotten very into nutrition research and love to help people as well so let me know what I can do to help :-)
  • I also want to get into the 100's for the first time in a long time. Currently at 238 and I also don't go to the gym, I actually workout at home though doing P90 which I have found to be an awesome way to lose weight and inches! Still have far to go but we can all get there. I am on the site a lot so anyone can add me :-)

  • I am about 60 days into P90 now and have already bought P90X to do next. Its amazing how much strength i have gained. I could only do a few of the reps of each a the beginning and now can knock it out all the way!
  • I didn't just start but I remember how hard it was at first. I am almost 60 Days in now and really can see the difference, especially in how I feel! Keep pushing play! If there is anything that I can do to help let me know.
