Time for transformation

Hello, I'm Jon and am new to the site. My goal is to lose weight while at the same time adding lean muscle. A ways to go, yes, but better late than never! Best of luck to all in reaching your weight and / or fitness goals! No doubt it's a process and there's no quick fixes. Discouragement is enemy #1. Blessings to all.
