Didn't give you my last week in April, sorry! It was a measly 9 miles, trying to rest the knees. I have been doing some killer 'IronStrength' & 'Never Get Injured' workouts though! Week 1 - 44 Week 2 - 23 Week 3 - 32 Week 4 - 9 Week 5 - Nada Total for April - 108 I'll try 100 for May. I'm going backwards!! :(

I think the biggest thing is to NOT decide. Don't let there be a decision involved. It shouldn't be "will I work out tonight?" but rather, I'm going home & working out. PERIOD. I haven't tested myself for maximum in awhile, but last I did test I could do 11 chin-ups & 9 pull-ups, unassisted. I'm pretty sure I can do a bunch more now. Week 2 - 48 miles (you mentioned 'other' exercise could be counted toward mileage, I did 1 hour on a FreeMotion climber & counted this as a very conservative 6 miles, hope that's ok!) MTD - 74 miles Thank you!
