Thanks for putting this together. I haven't been good about keeping up with th eposts for awhile- but it got me started doing 200 squats a day (and my husband has commented on how good I look from behind )

Sw: 158 Today's weight: 157.5 Easter goal: 152 Overall goal: 145 A little frustrated this morning because I was down to 156 on Wed then I started running this weekend and put on weight! Seems whenever I really get into exercising where my muscles get sore, I gain weight. Ugh.
