Urgh, Type 1 right here aswell! Fricken hate diabetes! Desperately struggling to lose weight (at 232lbs at the moment, ouch :-/). And struggle with the mentality of wanting to eat normally and live a regular life, whilst being healthy and losing weight.

Muscle food is amazing. I buy all of my meat from there now, and the 5kg chicken breast deal is amazing and so helpful for meal prepping!

Before I got Type 1 Diabetes in March 2014 I weighed 190lbs, exercised at a bootcamp doing strength training and cardio, ate 1800-2000 cals a day and looked great considering i was still classified as overweight (am 5ft7). 238lbs so I do have a lot to lose. I'm not in a rush as I know the process will take a while. I am working out alot, but not lifting yet. Eating clean, healthy foods is a lot more filling than my diet before which is where I am struggling as I physically don't feel hungry. I guess I will add some nuts in for more cals that…

I drink around 3-4l daily (Type 1 Diabetic so thirst often kicks in if I have an above average B/G level) and hate how heavy it makes me feel. But after a massive glass of water I feel alot better than after if I had the equivalent of diet coke. Plus my skin is clear and glows!

I batch cook on a Sunday for lunch and a few favourites are: - Roasted veggies in wholewheat tortilla wraps spread with hummus - Mexican Quinoa salad. Me too.... I have had such a bad month with my diet and exercise recently.... I go to weight watchers (just to be weighed...
